On Healow App (Smart Phone):
Step 1: Download the app.
Step 2: Create a user profile and login (learn how here!)
Log into the app.
Select “Medications.”
Click the + icon at the top right and click “Request Refill” button.
Select the medication you want refilled and click “Next.”
The provider who prescribed the medication will be notified. Pharmacy selection is optional.
You can click the notes icon to add comments and click “Send” when ready.
You’re done!
Your request will be sent to a team member to process. Please allow 24-48 hours to complete these requests.
You may follow up with your preferred pharmarcy.
On Computer/Laptop:
Step 1: Login (click here)
On the left sidebar, select “Messages,” then “Refill Requests.”
Select the prescriptions you want to request to refill and click the “Refill Request” at the bottom.
Add the Pharmacy and write in comments/notes on the request if any. Click on “Submit” at the bottom.
You’re done!
Your request will be sent to a team member to process. Please allow 24-48 hours to complete these requests.
